What’s Included in Our WordPress Packages?
All prices are starting project fees in USD. Final pricing depends on the number of pages, design complexity, functionality, integrations, and content requirements.
Design and Development
Starter projects use an existing WordPress theme or template customized to your brand. Professional projects include custom page layouts using an agreed WordPress editor or builder. Enterprise projects may include custom blocks, advanced functionality, and integrations as defined in the project proposal.
A custom page design does not automatically include developing a new WordPress theme or plugin from scratch.
Content and Revisions
Clients provide approved text, branding, images, and other required content unless copywriting or content production is included in the proposal.
The number of revision rounds and what qualifies as a revision are specified before the project begins. New pages, major design changes, and additional functionality outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate.
Hosting, Domain, and Licenses
Domain registration, hosting subscriptions, premium themes, paid plugins, and third-party service subscriptions are billed separately unless specifically included in the proposal.
Basic SEO Setup
Basic SEO includes page titles and meta descriptions for agreed pages, logical heading structure, clean URL configuration, essential indexing settings, and basic image optimization.
Advanced keyword research, SEO content writing, backlink acquisition, ongoing SEO campaigns, and guaranteed search rankings are not included.
Premium SEO & Marketing
Enterprise projects can include expanded keyword mapping, technical SEO implementation, structured data, analytics configuration, and marketing integrations when defined in the approved scope.
Paid advertising management, advertising budgets, ongoing marketing campaigns, and third-party subscription fees are quoted separately.
Project Timeline
Estimated delivery starts after the project scope is approved, required access and content are provided, and the agreed initial payment is received. Delayed feedback, additional requirements, or unavailable third-party services may affect the timeline.
Post-Launch Support
Included support covers fixes to agreed functionality and issues caused by the delivered implementation during the specified support period.
New features, additional pages, content changes, routine maintenance, premium license renewals, and third-party platform changes are handled separately unless covered by a maintenance agreement.
